Ingredients:

1. 10 chicken feet around 280 grams = 9, 9 oz,
2. 2 tsp white vinegar essence
3. 2 tsp Maple syrup
4. 500 ml = 16, 91 fl oz, oil for deep fring oil
5. one chopped garlic clove
6. 4 slices ginger cutted into stripes
7. 1 tsp chilli bean sauce
8. 2 tsp black bean garlic sauce
9. 15 black beans
10. 1 small red chilli
11. 1 1/2 tsp washed and crashed rock sugar
12. a pinch of salt
13. 100 ml = 3, 38 fl oz, water
14. added additional 70 ml = 2, 37 fl oz, water
15. 1 tsp oyster sauce
16. 100 ml = 3, 38 fl oz, water

Seasoning:

1. 1 tsp oyster sauce
2. 1 tsp light soy sauce
3. 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
4. 2/3 tsp chicken powder
5. 2 tsp shaoxing wine
6. 150 ml = 5, 1 fl oz, water

7. 1 tsp oyster sauce
8. 100 ml = 3, 38 floz, water
9. some dices spring onion on top

Thicken:

1 tsp corn starch
2. 2 tsp water

steam water 250 ml = 8, 454 fl oz, water
